Losing Belly Fat Through Fat Cell Detox

by Angela (Angie) Derrington

Getting rid of belly fat is challenging at times. Some believe in the no pain, no gain solution. However there are a few quick and easy ways to drop pounds without that much effort.

According to biological science and the theory of fat cells, each of us is born with or develops a specific number of fat cells in our body.

The number of fat cells in a person is believed to be controlled by genetics. However, there is evidence that overfeeding in childhood may actually create more fat cells.

In adulthood the number of fat cells we have stays at a constant. Only the size of the cells gets bigger. Unfortunately, increased fat over lean muscle leads to many other health challenges.

Perhaps the most harmful is abdominal, or belly, fat. Harvard Medical Schools writes, “Visceral fat has been linked to metabolic disturbances and increased risk for cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.” Women are even harder hit because extra fat tends to form around the midsection during menopause. Fat and lean tissue ratios begin to change, and fat settles over the hips and upper thighs. Even if the woman doesn’t gain weight, she may still increase in inches around the waist area.

While an increase in frequency and intensity of exercise is a good way, if not the main way, to lose weight, sometimes we still have those nagging love handles or the unsightly double chin that just wont seem to go away.

Because…

Toxins build up in our bodies from the foods we eat, legal and illegal drugs, sugar, alcohol, and caffeine, to name a few.

Trying to keep us healthy, our bodies are resistant to letting go of these toxins. Our fat cells tend to get bigger the more toxic we are. Because of this, we remain fat regardless of the amount of exercise we do.

Traditionally, detoxification is achieved through fasting. A short term fast of three to seven days can be very effective under a doctors supervision.

The major drawback to fasting is the unpleasantness associated with it. The body rushes to empty toxins back into the system to eliminate them. So many toxins in the bloodstream can quickly lead to severe headaches and even nausea if you don’t have a way to counteract the effects.

The best way I have found to counter the negative effects is to use a toxin remover, like a topical cream or body wrap. Toxin applicators are proven safe and effective. You can get the results you’re looking for and avoid the pain in the process.
